1. Scope of Services
Zuzu Auto Glass provides auto glass repair and replacement services for personal and commercial vehicles. Our services are available subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service in our sole discretion.
2. Fees and Payment
Pricing and Payment The cost of the Company’s services will be quoted prior to work commencing and must be paid in full upon completion of the work. The Company accepts payment by cash, debit card, and credit card. The Company reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time, and will give you prior notice of any such changes.
3. Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty on all our auto glass services, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty continues for as long as you own the vehicle.
4. Insurance claims
We work with all major insurance companies to enable our customers to pay for auto glass services. We handle the insurance claim process on your behalf, but you are responsible for any deductibles or other costs not covered by your insurance policy.

We offer mobile services at a certain distance from our location. You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians can use the Site safely. Zuzu Auto Glass is not responsible for any damages or liability arising from your location.
6. Reservation cancellation and reservation postponement
You may cancel or reschedule your reservation without penalty up to 24 hours prior to her booking. Cancellations or rebooking’s within 24 hours may incur charges. We reserve the right to cancel or change appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zuz Auto Glass is not responsible for any damages or liability resulting from the use of our services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising out of these Terms of Use shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
